Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value transparency and fairness in all our dealings and are committed to handling concerns respectfully and promptly.

All complaints, grievances, and disputes will be treated seriously, quickly, and in a timely manner, with due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith.

Donations and Payments

All donations and payments made to our organization are considered final and are used to support our programs and services. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we aim to resolve such matters fairly and efficiently.

Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

A donation was made in error.
An incorrect amount was charged.
A technical or processing error occurred.

Requests for refunds must be made as soon as possible after the transaction.

If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, you should notify us directly on 98310 99011 and confirm your request in writing or by email at accounts@ullaskar.ac as soon as possible, so that we can resolve your query quickly.

Cancellation of Transactions

Once a donation or payment has been successfully processed, it cannot usually be cancelled. If you notice an issue immediately after making a transaction, please contact us without delay using the details above. We will review your request and advise you on the next steps.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Each case will be reviewed individually, taking into account the circumstances and relevant records. All information shared during the process will be handled confidentially.

Both the donor and the organization are expected to cooperate fully and participate in the resolution process in good faith.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed using the original method of payment where possible.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
